TERRA Tuesday Tours are weekly tours of our campus. A presentation by the Magnet Lead Teacher, key faculty/staff and students cover an overview of the school, the magnet application process, admissions criteria and important dates. Students and families visit the Magnet and VPA classrooms, interact with students and faculty and have a Q&A session.

- STArts Visual/Graphic Arts (Science, Technology, and Arts Exploration & Innovation)
Discover how our STArts (Science, Technology & Arts Exploration & Innovation) whole-school STEAM magnet blends design thinking, environmental science, marine biology, space science, and visual/graphic arts across our “Space • Sea • Land” themes. During this guided tour, visitors will explore classrooms and the STEM Lab, see student work in action, and learn how our partnerships (e.g., Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, NASA, FIU STEM, Barry University, Discovery Education) enhance real-world learning. Meet school leaders and the magnet team, get answers about eligibility (interest-based—no entrance criteria), and learn how STArts supports military-connected families as a Purple Star School. We are proudly a 2024–2025 STEM Gold Designation campus and a Magnet Schools of America School of Excellence (2025).
